Family 1 How will we know who we are if we don't know where we come from?
Caring for those living with Alzheimer's takes an enormous amount of
patience, love, kindness, faith, and strength. Stories and memories from
the past become daily reminders of the beautiful people you love and care for. It is no surprise stories become a lifeline for families during this hard time. When stories are told, we connect, teach, and heal.
Cherish Bound has partnered with the 1 Million Memories Project to help you find, capture, and share the story of your loved-one's life and even your own. We want to ensure that your stories are forever preserved. We have the tools and ability to help you find the stories, preserve them, and share them.

Why is Story so important?

The process of collecting stories is comforting. The ability to preserve them is healing. Stories will be a source of strength and connection as your loved one faces the challenges and struggles ahead. However, the power of story doesn't stop there. It's also a gift of healing for the family members. A treasure. A tangible reminder of the life you want to remember.

The Process

We have developed a special Story Package just for this cause. The I Remember When Memories Package will give you the tools you need to begin collecting and organizing stories and putting together a treasure of memories. Every kit will include the Story Starter called "I Remember When" that is filled with questions and story prompts to help capture your loved one's fading memories and even your own stories. Each package contains a $30 publishing credit to help you publish your stories in a beautiful book through Cherish Bound.

You'll personally work one-on-one with Tara Brown, National Story Leader for Cherish Bound, to help walk you through and support you throughout the entire process.

And of course, donations for each "I Remember When" kit will be made to the 1 Million Memories project.
