A family story slam is a fast-paced event featuring five minute family stories based on the same theme and told before a live audience by people like you. You don’t need to be a “storyteller”, you just need a good story! Audiences will delight in the uniqueness of one another’s families while celebrating the commonalities we all share. Workshops will begin at 8:30 and run until 4:30 with a half hour Olio ending the day at 5:00. There will be a 15-minute break between workshops, with a lunch break at 12 noon. You have the option to do lunch on your own, or you can purchase our Box Lunch Bonus and listen to two more speakers while enjoying a delicious box lunch. We will leave Marketplace, iTell and TechCafe open until 6:00 p.m.
